摘要
In the condition of complicated background, object recognizing is not easy. In this paper an effective method was presented based on multi-feature extraction. It takes the advantage of fuzzy membership to describe feature importance. A successful application to automatic recognition of vehicle license plate was also presented. The results of field lest show that the recognition rate is up to 99%.
