Almost sure asymptotic stabilization of differential equations with time-varying delay by Levy noise

The arguments in this paper show that under suitable conditions, differential equations with time-varying delay can be stabilized by adding Levy noises. Indeed, these sufficient conditions can be applied as stabilization criteria in terms of linear matrix inequalities, whence the feedback controls can be designed more easily in practice.
