Notes on a class of one-dimensional Landau-Brazovsky models

In the paper, a class of one-dimensional Landau-Brazovsky models is investigated. We present a sufficient condition under which the corresponding functional achieves its minimum. Moreover, a nonexistence result for nontrivial critical points is given.
