摘要
Because of the strong rejection capability and the unique physical and chemical sealing ability, drilling fluids based on polyamine and poly aluminum become more and more beneficial for the complex drilling engineering, especially for the drilling of shale layers which are easy to be collapsed. Taking the practical condition of Jilin oilfield into consideration, the polyamine and the poly aluminum are selected as the main inhibitor and blocking agent respectively. Being added into some other additives, such as filtrate reducer, it becomes the poly aluminum amine system which has the strong rejection capability and anti-collapse ability. According to the parameter tested, such as the rheological property, filter loss, temperature resistance, inhibitive ability and anti-pollution capability, and so on, it is proved that the system has the strong inhibitive capability and the first recovery rate can be above 80% in the strong water-sensitive shale rolling experiments.
