摘要
One new benzaldehyde (I) and two new cycloterpenals (2 and 3) along with five known compounds (4-8) have been isolated from the fruits of Amomum tsao-ko. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of 1D and 2D NMR, and HRESI-MS spectrometry. All isolates were tested for their inhibitory activities on LPS-induced nitric oxide production in RAW264.7 cells. Among the isolates, compounds 2 and 4 found to inhibit nitric oxide production with the IC50 values of 94.8 and 61.2 mu M.
