摘要

For academics and practitioners concerned with Six Sigma, one of central issue is critical success factors(CSFs) of Six Sigma implementation. First this thesis puts forward 10 CSFs that influence the Six Sigma implementation and three dimensions used for evaluating its success Based on literature,review and interviews. Then it analyzes the level of their relative weights by using the method of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The conclusion shows that the three dimensions, the culture of Six Sigma, the quality and the financial performance and the customers satisfaction, are important ones. And four of the 10 CSFs for the Six Sigma implementation, which are the leaders' commitment and participation, the abilities and sense of responsibility of the main promoters, the process management and the participation of the staff, are the most critical ones.Finally,the paper propound some management implications of six sigma implementation.
