硅灰协同分散碳纳米管及其对水泥基材料性能的影响

摘要

In order to improve the dispersibility of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in cement-based materials, silica fume was used as dispersing medium and CNTs were dispersed in silica fume by ultrasonic method and vibromill method respectively. The effect of silica fume dispersed with carbon nanotubes on the properties of cement-based materials was studied. The results show that carbon nanotubes can be dispersed uniformly in silica fume by ultrasonic method. Comparing with the control sample, the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based materials doped with silica fume co-dispersing CNTs by ultrasonic method increase by 11. 3% and 19. 1%, the fracture energy and fracture toughness increase by 48. 3% and 41. 7%, and the resistivity decreases by 24. 1% at 28 d. Uniformly dispersed CNTs play a role as a bridge connecting the cracks in cement-based materials, and enhance the toughness of the materials. ? 2019 Bulletin of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
