摘要

Along with the comprehensive start and implementation of the college undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project, each university pay much attention to the improvement of the young teacher' teaching level, and conducts young teachers lectuing contest frequently. The quality of young teachers lecturing contest not only relates to the participative young teacher's teaching level but also concerns with appraisal committee's assessment level. In this article, the authors carry on a statistical analysis of the judge's assessment level according to the data of the young teachers lecturing contest in the Xinxiang Medical University institute of recent years.
