摘要
In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of traditional reverse logistics network, the reverse logistics network is designed based on the life cycle of the reverse logistics facilities and the annual operating costs. The model of mixed integer linear planning is constructed which considers m optional centers of dismantling, n optional remanufacturing centers and k optional testing centers. The model introduces dismantling node, variable about the residual value of reverse logistics facilities and the annual operating costs, and then discounts them to the present value. Using the optimization model, an example is analyzed and validated. It is shown that the model has universal significance and provides a feasible method for the optimal operation process of the reverse logistics.
