Dynamics of Hopfield neural networks with continuously distributed delays

摘要

The dynamics of Hopfield neural networks with continuously distributed delays is considered. By utilizing Lyapunov functional approach combing with inequality analysis technique, a new sufficient condition which guarantees global exponential stability of an equilibrium point is presented. Compared with the previous results, our result does not require that the activation functions of the neurons satisfy the Lipschitz condition which is usually used in the literature. Thus, our result is less conservative than some of the earlier references.
