摘要
DNA strand displacement, which plays an important role in DNA computing, has been widely applied to many biological computing problems, including biological logic circuits. However, there are many biological cascade logic circuits not yet designed. Thus, in this paper, dual-rail cascade 4-10 decoder is designed based on DNA strand displacement. The stability and encapsulation of dual-rail cascade 4-10 decoder is verified through cascade of dual-rail cascade 4-10 decoder and a memory with 10 pairs of DNA signals.
