摘要

Scanning transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy have been utilized to investigate the distribution of Re in a single crystal nickel-based superalloy. Two types of distributions of element Re have been found near interfaces after creep tests, one in the gamma phases, the other near dislocation cores. Re enrichment near dislocation cores is considered to strengthen the high-temperature performance of superalloys by hindering dislocation movement.
