摘要

The FEM by modifying the soft-magnetic material's relative permeability μrhas been used to calculate motor's direct-and quadrature-axis synchronous reactance, which synthetically considers the interactive of the direct-and quadrature-axis flux. At the same time, it also considers the influence of the saturation of the permanent magnet. After this process, the more accurate parameters to complete the motor design are obtained. Also we can calculate the starting parameters more accurately and shorten design cycle by this method. At last, this result through experiments by using Magtrol power tester is tested.
