摘要

Allelochemicals of leachates collected from the litter layers of a Quercus variabilis stand, were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). In natural leachate of forest floor litter, aliphatic acids, phenolic acids, alcohol ether and esters were identified Bioassay of leachates of was also done to determine the allelopathic potential on seed germination and root length of Pinus tabuliformis. Prolonged exposure to Leachates inhibited seed germination and root length development of P. tabuliformis, while seeds germination and root length was stimulated when seeds were soaked in leachate and then germinated in water.
