摘要
One new compound, himalain A (1), together with 12 known compounds were isolated from Mirabilis himalaica. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, including 2D NMR techniques, and the absolute configuration of the 1, 2-diol moiety in 1 was defined through Riguera's method. All isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxic and antibacterial activities. [GRAPHICS] .
