Application of organized molecular films in the preparation of inorganic ultrathin films

In this review, some recent applications of organized molecular films in the preparation of inorganic ultrathin films are introduced, with examples chosen from the deposition using LB technique, self-assembly technique, and SILAR method. Meanwhile, a brief prospect for the ongoing study on application of organized molecular films is discussed.
