摘要
Multi-attribute auction is an effective procurement mechanism. To study the problem of winning bidder selection in multi-attribute auction, a new method is proposed based on grey system,theory. Firstly the definition of hybrid sequence is given. Then the grey relational degree of hybrid sequences is presented, and its good properties are proved. Thirdly, an optimization method is proposed based on grey relational degree of hybrid sequences for selecting the winning bidder. Finally, an application example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of this new method.
