摘要

In this paper, using the kinetic theory the longitudinal dielectric permittivity in a plasma consisting of electrons, positrons, ions and negatively charged dust grains is obtained, taking into account dust charge fluctuations. It is shown that the dust charge fluctuations can lead to either the damping or growing of dust ion-acoustic waves. We find a critical wave number above which these waves grow. Also, we numerically investigate the critical wave number and the growth rate of these waves for different plasma parameters.
