摘要

The current control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is the key factor that determines the performance of electrical drive system. Predictive current control can improve the dynamic response of PMSM current control. However, the parameter mismatch in the controller machine model can lead to static current error, which will cause problems such as lowering system's efficiency, failing to output nominal torque, not being able to operate in the torque control mode, and so on. This paper presented an algorithm to eliminate the static error of PMSM predictive current control when the model in controller had parameter mismatches with the real machine. The algorithm mainly applies to cases where the controller machine model inductance and flux are not accurate. The static error is eliminated by introducing error integration in d axis current control and by dynamically adjusting the flux in the machine model according to the q axis current error. The algorithm is verified through simulations and experiments on a 3.3 kW PMSM drive platform.
