摘要

In this paper, wheat straw, corn straw and sorghum straw were used as raw materials. KOH and NaOH were used as catalysts to prepare straw pyrolytic carbon. The effects of pyrolysis temperature, KOH, NaOH and NaOH-KOH on the properties and combustion characteristics of straw pyrolytic carbon were studied. Compared with straw pyrolytic carbon, the fixed carbon content of base-catalyzed straw pyrolytic carbon decreased notably and the ash content increased significantly. KOH had the basically same effect on straw pyrolytic carbon, but for corn straw pyrolytic carbon (CSPC) it was greater. KOH with low additive amount could improve the S-N of straw pyrolytic carbon to some extent. NaOH had the basically same effect on straw pyrolytic carbon but was relatively stronger on wheat straw pyrolytic carbon (WSPC). NaOH with a concentration of 1.0-1.5 (mass ratio) showed the largest improvement of S-N in straw pyrolytic carbon. When adding mixed alkalis, the combustible components of WSPCNa-KOH1-1, CSPCNa-KOH1-1, SSPCNa-KOH1-1 (sorghum straw pyrolytic carbon) were the highest and the corresponding S-N was at its minimum.
