摘要

In the context of intensive industrial clusters, Warehouse Product Service System (WPSS) is a new inventory service mode integrating the manufacturing and service in logistics. The concept of WPSS was defined, andthe inventory services strategy for manufacturing enterprises which included industrial product supermarket, out-leasing site and in-allocation site were presented. Aiming at the dynamic storage allocation problem, a model based on output/input queue was established, and an improved adaptive genetic algorithm was used to solve a reasonable scheme. The simulation result showed that the single point or double point strategy had little solving effect on the algorithm, while the solving effect of multi-point mutation strategy was better than the single point mutation strategy. Compared with the standard adaptive genetic algorithm and the basic genetic algorithm, the proposed algorithm had a better solving results, and could meet the automatic fast storage allocation requirements in WPSS.
