摘要

To study the phase transformation of high strength container plate compounded with Nb-B, the effect of finishing temperature and cooling rate on microstructure, mechanical property and corrosion resistance, the Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator was used to detect dynamic CCT curves of the tested steel, the hot rolling experiments were carried out on laboratory rolling mill, and the neutral salt spray test (NSS) and alternating immersion corrosion test (NaHSO3) were performed to inspect corrosion resistance. The results show that most area of the dynamic CCT diagram is bainite phase transformation area, the yield strength is between 505 MPa and 600 MPa, the tensile strength is between 720 MPa and 787 MPa, and the elongation is between 13% and 22%. The effect of finishing temperature and cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical property is obvious. The corrosion rate in NaHSO3solution and NaCl salt spray is 0.892 g/(m2·h) and 1.208 g/(m2·h), respectively.
