摘要
Mechanochemical synthesis of 5-(2-nitroalkyl) Meldrum acids from 5-alkylidene Meldrum's acids and nitroalkanes in the presence of bases was achieved and the effect of bases and the ratio of reagents was discussed. This method is suitable for synthesis of various 5-(2-nitroalkyl) Meldrum acids which provides a green and efficient way for the synthesis of gamma-aminobutyric acids.
