摘要
A terahertz-band E-plane waveguide directional coupler with broad bandwidth is proposed in this paper. It is comprised of two rectangular waveguides which place parallel to each other and share a common broad wall and with three large apertures in the common broad wall . The results show that return loss and directivity of the coupler is better than 32dB and 25dB respectively from 325GHz to 500GHz.
