摘要
When alveolar hemmorrage occurs in association with glomerulonephritis, one of the leading causes is Goodpasture syndrome. We reprot a case of an adolescent who presented to the emergency in respiratory distress. Subsequent evaluation was cosistent with the diagnosis of Goodpasture syndrome.
