摘要

This article proposes the use of microwave irradiation for a faster and safer method of high-yield compound synthesis with a 10-12 min reaction time in solid and aqueous media, respectively, using piperidine as the base. This new method is environmentally sustainable due to a reduced use of organic solvents, leading to less harmful residues. Using this method, we synthesized new compounds of pyrimidine derivatives ( 6a-f) and others ( 3a-f) that have already been reported in the literature, with satisfactory antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. The synthesized heterocycles were characterized by IR, the (HN)-H-I-NMR studied using 2D experiment H-I-H-I COSY, and Correlation Spectroscopy for the compound of 6b.
