摘要

Far field lattice spectroscopy has shown that the structure information for a lattice or periodic pattern can be obtained by measuring the diffracted spectrum of a broad-band light source at one spatial position. However, for realistic applications, this technique should be performed in a near field. In this work, we demonstrate that this target can be accomplished by utilizing a reflective confocal configuration. We also investigate the spectral resolution of the diffracted spectrum. By performing this technique from a far field to a near field, we show that this scheme makes substantial improvements in potential applications for the novel lattice spectroscopy.
