摘要

This paper Studies the two-dimension three-atom removal model for cutting single atom in the manufacturing process of defectless single crystals of nanocutting copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) with the cutting direction of single-point cutting-tool being [100] and the orientation of workmaterial being (001), and applies this removal model to inferring the cutting shear force, and then further acquires the cutting force F, being parallel to the cutting direction. The acquired cutting force is just the closed-form analytic exact solution. The cutting force F:. being parallel to the cutting direction acquired in the application of the two-dimension three-atom removal model is smaller than the cutting force F being parallel to the cutting direction acquired in the molecular dynamic simulation. This model can avoid using the expensive and complicated experimental method and the time-consuming molecular dynamic method, but it gives a preliminary study of the multiple-atom nanocutting removal mechanism.
