Analysis of stability for equilibrium of cellular neural networks

This paper discusses in detail the expressions, distribution and stability of equilibria for cellular neutral networks. Some useful conclusions are obtained. The network can be stable via choosing different connection-weight matrices based on special regions. Tbe example shows the conditions are concise and easy to use.
