A new organic-organic complex thin film DC-BDCF was prepared by a new method. DC-BDCP was found to possess good electrical bistability properties. The structures and spectral features of DC-BDCP, DC and BDCP thin films were compared by HRSEM, XRD and UV-vis spectra.
