摘要

Vanillin, as a typical model compound of bio-oil, was used in hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) in Parr vessel under 120 degrees C and 1 MPa. Different catalysts were adopted, such as (2 wt.%, 4 wt.%, 6 wt.%, 8 wt.%, 10 wt.%) Mo, 6 wt.% Pt and 6 wt.% Ni loading on ZSM-5/MCM-41. The crystalline structure, oxidation profile and acidity of catalysts were characterized by BET, NH3-TPD and XRD. The upgraded product was analyzed by GC/MS and GC. The products are complex and of wide range. Creosol and vanillyl alcohol are the objective products in this HDO reaction. The results showed: 10 wt% Mo-ZSM-5/MCM-41 catalyst had higher catalytic activity among the different Mo loading catalysts. With 10 wt.% Mo-ZSM-5/MCM-41, the conversion rate is 58.54% and the yield of vanillyl alcohol is 8.22%. In comparison of 6 wt.% Mo/Pt/Ni loading catalyst, the platinum-based catalysts were denoted as the best catalytic activity with the conversion rate is 61.00%, while the yield of vanillyl alcohol and creosol is 0.42% and 17.47%, respectively.
