A highly selective fluorescent bioimaging probe for hypochlorite based on 1,8-naphthalimide derivative

摘要

In this study, a hypochlorite detector has been synthesized and evaluated by fluorescent and UV-Vis method. Among the analytes, only CIO- could weaken the fluorescence intensity, which suggested that the probe was a highly selective chemosensor for CIO-. Besides, the "on-off" fluorescent probe could be realized in deionized water and the detection limit of probe for CIO- was found to be 0.674 mu M. Furthermore, the probe could be applied in bioimagings.
