摘要

A process optimization for the driving performance is provided for a four-wheel driving of a hybrid electric vehicle which is equipped with a two motors and a new power coupler. The process optimization is divided into three layers: the first layer is called input layer, all of the input parameters can be entered from this layer; the second layer is called control layer, according to the energy control strategy of this layer, it can calculate the output torque according to the input parameters from the first layer; the third layer is called optimization layer, the requirement torque will be passed to this layer, and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) is adopted to maximum the output torque efficiency of the motors and optimum the torque distribution between front and rear wheels. In the end, a simulation model of the whole vehicle is established by MATLAB/Simulink to verify the process optimization, the simulation results show that the process optimization is effective, which can make the driving performance reach the optimum state relative to no optimization.
