A cylcopalladated complex, [Pd(Cl)(k(2)N,C-CH2C6H2(Me)(2)CH=NC6H3(Pr-i)(2)](2) was found to be an excellent catalyst for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of aryl halides with arylboronic acid in aqueous medium under aerobic conditions.
