摘要

A chiral metal-organic framework exhibiting spin crossover (SCO) property, [Fe-II(mptpy)(2)]center dot EtOH center dot 0.2DMF (1 center dot solv), has been solvothermally synthesized through spontaneous resolution. It displays remarkable stability and two-step SCO at (T-c1 = 200 K) and above (T-c2 = 357 K) room temperature.
