摘要
The gas sensor responses of bundled trigonal-selenium nanowires (t-SeNWs) were investigated for the series of primary alcohols (CnH2n+1OH; n = 1-10) at room temperature. It was found that the primary alcohol molecules for n = 1-4 were adsorbed simply on the SeNW surface as n increased. Primary alcohol molecules with n = 5-10 had different characteristic behaviors than those with n = 1-4. The adsorption configuration of primary alcohol molecules on the surfaces of t-SeNWs is discussed.
