摘要

Concerning the comparability problem by using classical TOPSIS method to evaluate different alternatives, this paper proposes an improved TOPSIS method based on weighted grey relational coefficient. The method integrates the advantage of classical TOPSIS and grey relational analysis on the curve position and the curve trend within treatment of data sequences. It first calculates the weighted grey relational coefficient and then measures its ideal point and the similarity degree. Considering both maneuverability and the simplicity in determining weights of multiple indicators, as well as characteristics of group decision matrix, this paper provides a G-AHP method which combines the latent roots method with AHP to determine weights. Finally the paper applies the method to evaluate service quality of nine Chinese airlines and compares it with the classical TOPSIS method The research reveals that the grey TOPSIS method is better to meet the requirements of evaluation accuracy and stability than the classical one. And the result is consistent with Skytrax's evaluation.
