摘要

There are some low energy nodes and border nodes in WSNs. All these nodes can be selected as cluster head. This may cause quickly death of these nodes and decrement of energy efficiency. Else the optimal number of cluster head is fixed. That may cause energy consumption more quickly. We propose a method to calculate the optimal number of cluster head. And propose a new mechanism to select cluster head. According this, we propose a new protocol A-LEACH to solve these problems with considering the power left and location factor. This solution extends network lift time, and approves the energy efficiency. More energy is used before death of the network, and it approves the rate of network energy used. Also the number of cluster head has been control properly.
