摘要

Disturbance is the main factor which influences the performance of the AC speed servo system. Considering the low and the high frequency disturbance comprehensively, this paper proposed a disturbance-rejection method in the vector-controlled AC speed servo system. This method uses the disturbance observer to suppress the low frequency disturbance and the digital low-pass filter to suppress the high frequency disturbance. It can effectively reject the disturbances such as load variations, the uncertainty of model, the friction and the measuring noise. It can also be easily applied to practical systems, and better than the traditional PID controller for the periodic alterative disturbance. The paper analyzed the math model and got a simplified form corresponding to the low frequency disturbance. The design methods and principles of the disturbance observer were discussed. The simulation and the experiment have proved that the AC speed servo system adopted by the disturbance observer together with the digital low-pass filter can reject disturbance effectively and achieve good dynamic performance and control effect.
