摘要

Through a field study, the paper explores the selection process model of distructive and sustained product technology and the relation between the process and the corporate business strategy. We find that the selection process of new technology can be influenced by corporate reward and measure system,report system,incentive and performance assessment syetem, customer in product market and investor in capital market through definition and impetus process of RAP. In addition, the selection process of distructive product technology is a top-down process,but sustained product technology is a bottom-up process.
