摘要
A compact transmission line with two pairs of composite right/left-handed (CRLH) passbands is investigated, and its equivalent circuit is proposed. Compared with the conventional CRLH transmission line (CRLH-TL), we use the rectangular patches with meander lines and the T-shaped defected ground structures (T-DGS) to model the other two resonators, which realize the second left- and right-handed bands. The dispersion relations are analytically derived using the equivalent circuit and Bloch-Floquet theory. The five-stage CRLH-TL is fabricated, and the measured results are in agreement with those of simulation.
