A new modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramic material

A new modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramic material added with Pb(Mn1/3Sn2/3)O-3, CaCO3, Bi2O3, NiO was prepared. The modified material has high piezeoelectric activities, large piezoelectric anisotropy as well as low dielectric constant, and ion; mechanical duality factors. The typical composition of this material obtained from experiments is Pb0.80Ca0.20[(Mn1/3Sb2/3)(0.05)Ti-0.95]O-3 +0.5wt% NiO+1wt%Bi2O3. Tinder the optimized preparation technique, its main performances are as follows. epsilon(33)(T)/epsilon(0)=160 d(33)=70x10(-12)C.N-1, K-t=0.60, K(p)approximate to 0, Q(m)=43, N-t=2004Hz.m.
