摘要

Based on the CFD fluid simulation and calculation package, upon which the secondary development was conducted, a two dimensional MHD simulation model of arc was established to model the steady state combustion characteristics of the pantograph-catenary arc during the steady state lifting and lowering of pantograph when high speed train started. After the heat conduction characteristics from arc to pantograph slide and catenary line were considered, the temperature field distribution in the arc column, pantograph slide and catenary line when the arc stayed in steady-state was obtained by simulation. The results showed that the increase of arc current resulted in minor variation of maximum temperature of arc column, increased radius of arc column and increased heat conduction from the arc to pantograph slide and catenary line. Further, the increase of the heat conduction from the arc to pantograph slide was more obvious than the heat conduction from the arc to the catenary line. The electric wear of the surface of the pantograph the slide due to arc was more serious than that of catenary line.
