摘要

  Objective To prepare arsenic trioxide-loaded pH-responsive mesoporous silica nanoparticles (PAA-ATO-MSNs) and investigate their physicochemical properties, release behavior in vitro and pharmacokinetics in rats, in order to achieve pH-responsive and sustained release of PAA-MSNs as carrier for ATO.
