摘要

This paper describes a ow-voltage and wide-band static frequency divider using the analytical optimum bias method which can improve the maximum operation frequency and widen the frequency division range for mm-wave applications. The proposed static frequency divider, fabricated in Fujitsu 55 nm CMOS process, can operate om 0.8 to 36.5 GlIz (division range=191%) while drawing 22 mA current from 1.8 V power supply.
