摘要

The contact geometry parameters and rigid creepages of wheelset with two-types of profiles and track in rolling contact are analyzed and calculated. The rolling contact theory of three-dimensional elastic bodies with non-Hertz form is utilized to determine the normal pressure and tangential traction on the contact surface of wheels and rails in rolling contact in different motion statuses of the wheelset relative to a tangent track. According to the normal pressure and tangential traction on the contact surface calculated as prescribed boundary condition, the fields of stress, strain and elastic displacement in the bodies of wheel and rail are calculated with the centered force/displacement formulations of Bossinesq-Cerruti and the method of Gaussian numerical integration. The numerical results are useful for the strength design of wheel and rail systems and the optimum of profile match of wheel and rail.
