摘要

Angle based fault model has good characteristics in fault description and is valuable in fault diagnosis for linear analog circuits because it can transform unlimited number of fixed value fault models into several angle fault models. A threshold is usually used to deal with tolerance in most diagnosis methods based on angle fault models; however, how to select the threshold becomes a big problem. The monotonicity between angle fault model and failure components in linear analog circuits is proved in this paper. Based on the monotonicity, an angle range between maximum angle and minimum angle is used to deal with the tolerance. Dealing with tolerance problem needs to call Pspice many times, so a MATLAB program is implemented in this paper, which can call Pspice simulation engine automatically and reduce computation time sharply. Simulation experiments show that the proposed method has good capacity in fault diagnosis of linear analog circuits with tolerance.
