摘要

Based on the phenomenon that NO2- can be permeated through the hydrophobic chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) barrier fabricated in filter paper and the microfluidic paper-based devices (mu-PADs), the nitrite microfluidic detection chip by fabricating CPVC barrier in filter paper was carried out. The detection limit of the method is 48 mu mol/L nitrite, and the linear range for nitrite is 70 similar to 1500 mu mol/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of nitrite in Xi'an city moat water and sausage sample.
