Proposed a novel optimal algorithm of MQPSO to solve VRPTW through dividing the quantum particle swarm into several sub-phase particle swarm according to the character of optimal variabl.The analysis of experimental data verified that the novel algorithm can improve the convergence reliability and convergence speed in the high-dimensional search spaceis,and it is an effective solution for VRPTW.
