A Novel High-Precision RC Oscillator

This paper presents a high-precision oscillator using a single comparator. A reference bias current is used to charge and discharge the capacitor array to generate a 100MFIz square wave signal. Realized by LlImc55ef process with 1.2V power supply, the proposed oscillator exhibits 59 pprril C average temperature coefficient and less than L88% frequency deviation at different process corners within the specified temperature range.
